Only other Umbaran weapons can stop them. Predictably, they end up decimated by the Umbarans' counterattack. They are outraged by the fact that they have no recon, air support, or heavy armor to lead the advance and only have basic infantry with grenades, and that they've been ordered to march through a narrow ravine where they can be easily ambushed and bottlenecked.
